Tour Itinerary
Your tour begins with the possibility of being picked up early from your hotel in Delhi. A transfer to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station will allow you to join the Gatimaan Express, which departs at 8:10 AM. Breakfast is served on the train, after which you will arrive in Agra at 9:50 AM to be welcomed by your driver and guide. Then, a guided tour to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort, will take place. After lunch at one of the local restaurants, you may continue to Mehtab Bagh for sunset views of the Taj Mahal (optional). Then transfer to the hotel and spend your leisure evening in Agra.
After breakfast, embark on a short drive to the historic Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, which boasts majestic red sandstone architecture and a mighty Buland Darwaza. Come back to Agra for lunch or some shopping. In the evening, board the Gatimaan Express at 5:50 pm, reaching Delhi by 7:30 pm, from where you will be dropped at your hotel or the airport, thus ending your 2-day Agra tour.
